Hal believes if you give people the tools and support they need, they can build or fix anything. That may stem from his 15 years in store management for Lowe’s, but Hal doesn’t push DIY anymore, and his team knows he’s got their backs. Hal married his junior high sweetheart and is a proud dad to Ashley. Relaxing with friends and family often includes golf (of course!). Hal loves to fly fish in the ocean and North Carolina streams with his yellow lab Trout.
